ElectroDerby was a bumper car attraction at Six Flags America. It was located in the SteamTown area of the park, which was themed after a western town with modern technological twists. The ride had height requirements of 42 inches when accompanied by an adult, and 48 inches for solo riders.
History
The attraction was manufactured by Preston Amusements and opened in 1994 as simply Bumper Cars. It was renamed to Los Coches Chocos for the 2003 season. It was renamed again to Coyote Creek Crazy Cars for the 2007 season and continued to operate under this name until 2022.
The SteamTown section, where ElectroDerby was last situated, was a new addition that invited guests to experience the fusion of a historical western town with the innovative creations of Professor Screamore. This area included other attractions like the SteamWhirler and QuantumCanyon Rapids, all designed to give visitors a unique and thrilling experience.[1] The ride was closed permanently with the park at the end of the 2025 season, on November 2nd.[2]
