The Deadzone was a scare zone that was presented during the annual Fright Fest at Six Flags Magic Mountain. Debuting for Fright Fest 2021, it was located in The Underground area. For Fright Fest 2025, it was replaced by Thunderbolt Alley.
History
The Deadzone was presented for the first time during Fright Fest 2021.[1] It had originally been planned for Fright Fest 2020, but was delayed due to the COVID pandemic.[2][3] There was a small wire-fence pseudo-maze near Snack Trax that did not require a haunted attractions wristband, along with two large outdoor mazes that required wristbands during 2024.[4]
Experience
This scare zone featured a post-apocalyptic cyberpunk theme.
